Position Summary

As our Senior Brand Manager for NAN, you'll lead one of our most purpose-driven brand portfolios — building deep consumer love, driving sustainable growth, and championing trusted nutrition for Vietnamese families. You'll partner with healthcare professionals, cross-functional teams, and creative agencies to turn science-based nutrition into engaging brand experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the brand strategy and full-year business plan for your Infant Nutrition portfolio, delivering market share, organic growth, RIG, and profit targets.
- Build a deep, evidence-based understanding of mothers and caregivers — continuously refining consumer portraits, engagement journeys, and category insights.
- Activate a powerful brand essence and ensure every touchpoint — from product to packaging to communication — brings it to life consistently.
- Drive communication strategy (including digital and scientific communication) to grow nutrition knowledge among healthcare professionals, in close partnership with the Medical Delegate team.
- Partner with R&D, Technical, and Supply Chain teams to deliver superior product and packaging experiences that win the 60/40+ preference test.
- Shape category and channel strategy — defining pricing architecture, promotional approach, and SKU mix for key channels and customers.
- Lead the innovation and renovation pipeline for your brands, applying Nestlé's innovation levers to keep the portfolio vibrant and consumer-centric.
- Manage PFME (consumer marketing) and TTS (trade) investments with discipline, tracking ROI and ensuring every dollar drives brand health and business impact.
- Co-create Big Ideas and engagement platforms with communication agencies, building attractive brand experiences that strengthen Nestlé's reputation as a trusted nutrition leader.
- Champion compliance with the WHO Code and Nestlé Marketing of Breastmilk Substitutes policy — a non-negotiable foundation of how we operate.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, and Strategic Business Units to deliver flawless execution in market.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of brand/marketing experience in FMCG or Nutrition; experience in Sales or other commercial functions at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of leading brand strategy, integrated commercial planning, and delivering business results (share, growth, profit).
- Strong consumer insight orientation with the ability to translate data into winning brand actions.
- Familiarity with the WHO Code and ethical marketing of infant nutrition products (or strong willingness to master it).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing communication / creative agencies.
- People leadership experience — coaching, developing, and growing brand talent.
- Solid grasp of P&L levers, PFME/TTS management, and commercial planning processes.
- Strategic thinker with strong influencing skills, business acumen, and a results-driven, hands-on mindset.
