Position Summary

Join Nestlé Nutrition as our Senior Brand Manager for the NAN Masterbrand and shape how millions of parents experience one of the world's most trusted infant nutrition brands. You will lead the annual Masterbrand Communication Strategy across all consumer touchpoints — paid, owned and earned — turning consumer insights and the global brand framework into impactful, omnichannel campaigns. Looking ahead, you will also help drive New Business Development by spotting emerging trends and unlocking new growth opportunities to fuel the future of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Masterbrand Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute the annual Masterbrand Communication Strategy aligned with business objectives, local consumer insights and the global brand framework.
  • Drive Brand Health KPIs and ensure consistent brand equity growth.

Integrated Consumer Communication & Experience

  • Lead integrated communication planning across all consumer touchpoints (Digital, Social, CRM, eCommerce, PR, Influencer, Activation, In-store) to deliver a consistent and impactful brand experience.
  • Own the communication architecture, messaging hierarchy and Masterbrand content ecosystem.
  • Drive consumer-centric campaigns end-to-end — from insight generation through execution to post-evaluation — optimizing Reach, Engagement, Awareness Lift and Consideration Lift.

Content, Agency & Performance Excellence

  • Lead the consumer-facing content strategy across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Partner with Media, Digital, CRM, PR, eCommerce, Channels teams and brand product owners to deliver seamless omnichannel consumer journeys.
  • Lead the agency ecosystem (creative, media, digital, PR, social, CRM, activation) to ensure excellence in execution.
  • Manage communication budgets with discipline, optimizing investment allocation and Campaign ROI.
  • Drive continuous learning through campaign measurement, post-evaluation and best-practice sharing.

New Business Development (Future Focus)

  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities to expand future business streams.
  • Lead exploration and incubation of new initiatives from concept to pilot.
  • Translate consumer insights, data and market trends into actionable business cases and scalable growth levers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to validate, launch and track the performance of new initiatives.

Key Requirements

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Management and Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC).
  • Proven track record developing and executing integrated consumer communication campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
  • Experience leading Masterbrand or category-level communication strategies.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insight and the consumer journey content ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience managing creative, media, digital and PR agencies.
  • Experience in campaign measurement, brand health tracking and marketing effectiveness evaluation.
  • Experience managing marketing communication budgets and investment optimization.
  • FMCG and/or Nutrition experience preferred; experience working within a global or regional brand framework is a plus.

Education & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) and Brand Management.
  • Balance of strategic and disruptive thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset, driven by curiosity.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills in complex environments.
  • Proficiency in brand health measurement, consumer insights and marketing effectiveness tools.
  • Fluent English communication (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing, Media Planning or Consumer Experience Management is an advantage.
