Position Summary
The objective of this role is to support the Global Marketing Team in the global management of Nestle Pure Life, working on high-profile strategic projects in collaboration with zones/markets and agency partners. This includes new campaign development, brand design strategy beyond the pack, I&R launch, and other brand-building related projects.
A day in the life of a Marketing Assistant
- Collaborate with the brand lead region in the development and production of the new Nestle Pure Life communication platform in collaboration with Group Marketing, lead, and external agencies to ensure seamless and consistent alignment.
- Support the lead zone to develop a comprehensive campaign toolkit for a flawless rollout across their markets.
- Develop and deploy the new brand visual strategy toolkit, gaining buy-in from zones and markets.
- Coordinate the roll-out of the website revamp, including design and content, with strong feedback from corporate marketing and the leadership zone.
- Contribute to the launch of Sparkling & juice, one of the big brand portfolio Innovations, working with lead markets (Egypt & Thailand).
- Support key strategic I&R brand projects (HOD of the future, Powders, functional water, etc.).
- Support the organization of the brand with purpose Summit, a yearly event to inspire and drive the brand with purpose in action agenda.
- Support key projects to accelerate brand ESG communication guidelines.
What will make you successful
- 5+ years in marketing/brand building with a proven track record of driving brand growth.
- Collaboration (internal/external) with various stakeholders on key projects.
- Passionate about brand building and making a difference in consumers' lives.
- Quest for marketing trends & best-in-class examples (internal/external).
- Result orientation and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Drive for creative excellence.
- Strong project management skills, resourceful, and technology-driven.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- University Degree in Marketing/Brand Management.
