French Premium Brands are globally led and globally executed brands. This role is critical for both the category and the long-term business ambition.
As International Head of Marketing for the French Premium Brands, you will lead the global strategy for iconic French premium brands such as Perrier® and Maison Perrier. You will define and drive the brand ambition, objectives, strategic priorities and key initiatives to delight consumers, strengthen brand portfolios and deliver strong, sustainable brand performance.
The role includes direct responsibility for significant central Brand & Marketing Investments, as well as strong influence over marketing investments deployed across countries and regions.
You will lead bold innovation and renovation initiatives to create new consumption occasions, accelerate premiumization and generate long-term value for the category.
You will be responsible for
- Inspire and continuously develop brand equity, positioning and storytelling for French Premium Brands
- Define and deploy international communication and activation platforms across up to 145 countries, while respecting local cultures and market sensitivities
- Ensure superior product quality and taste experiences are delivered consistently to consumers
- Demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to engage, influence and align a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at international level
- Collaborate closely with Category, Channel and Customer Development teams to build meaningful shopper experiences and activations
- Develop strong, cross-functionally aligned brand plans and integrated commercial plans (ICP), ensuring outstanding execution and contributing to the evolution of the Marketing Business Strategy
- Create impactful brand experiences across touchpoints, aligning closely with international relations and partnerships teams
- Accelerate and transform the social media and influencer strategy to strengthen brand relevance and engagement
- Lead key gastronomy-related events and premium sponsorships (e.g. Roland-Garros, World’s 50 Best Bars, etc.)
- Lead and develop a team of more than 10 people, while energizing a global community of marketers, with a strong focus on the US, France, UK, Italy and Canada
- Bring curiosity, passion for gastronomy and flexibility for frequent international travel
About you
- 10–15 years of marketing experience in international environments, ideally within FMCG and/or premium brands
- Strong track record in global brand building and integrated communication strategies
- Demonstrated ability to develop, coach and inspire teams
- Proven capability to influence and engage stakeholders with integrity, both internally and externally
