YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU ACCEPT IT:
As Content Studio Lead, you contribute to the development of the global content studio model. You are responsible for defining, building, and scaling Nestlé Waters’ global content studio model across regions.

Reporting to the Global Head of Media content & digital transformation, the role acts as a central orchestrator between global brand teams, markets, and external content and production partners across the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

You will be responsible for:

  • Defining and leading the global content studio vision and operating model
  • Overseeing content planning, production and adaptation across markets
  • Developing global frameworks, guidelines and best practices for content efficiency
  • Managing the agency and partner ecosystem, including performance and collaboration
  • Ensuring KPI definition, reporting quality and optimisation of non‑working media costs
  • Creating scalable, modular and reusable content approaches
  • Identifying emerging content trends, formats and technologies

 

ABOUT YOU:

  • You have at least 7 years of experience in content, creative or production roles
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision‑making
  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and convincing diverse audiences
  • You understand production workflows and multi‑channel content requirements
  • You have experience working with agencies, partners and creative ecosystems
  • You can supervise a team and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Professional proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken, in an international context
  • You are a collaborative, structured and solution‑oriented person
