POSITION SUMMARY

Shapes outstanding Consumer strategies for the Cluster, with best-in-class localized Consumer Engagement , Translating brand visions into local context, orchestrates the activation of MENA strategy & build plans for the respective cluster for superior brand engagement initiatives (Content, specific I&R deployment, activations) with flawless execution, rooted in consumer and shopper centricity. Has the ability to drive an entrepreunial mindset to identify and pursue the biggest strategic consumer and shopper opportunities for his/her category in the cluster, maximizing the value of the investments behind his brands. 

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Based on the strategic guidance from NPP AOA & MENA, orchestrate and execute all Marketing plans for our  brands in the MENA Region, adopting and fine-tuning  assets for KSA, OMAN & Bahrain markets and consumer. In addition, under guidance from NPP MENA BU, formulate marketing plans for the exclusive & regional brands of MENA
  • Master and translate all market, category and shopper strategic insights and intelligence that are provided by NPP , and leverage them to solidify and render relevant all brand activities that will be executed in central cluster. Based on guidance given by NPP MENA, structure and optimise solid 360° campaigns accross touch points, adopting media mix to local needs.
  • Subject to approval from NPP MENA BU, manage, track and optimise the execution of marketing budgets that are allocated for the support of the Purina brands in central cluster
  • Work very closely with the local MDO and Sales organisations to ensure that our NPP- driven brand strategies, are implemented in a consistent and disciplined way accross channels and customers, and are aligned with all BTL activities. 
  • Ensure flawless execution in the roll- out of the product innovations pipeline that is provided by NPP, working closely with DSP, Sales and Finance function. Deliver recommendation for a competitive local pricing strategy, subject to approval by the BU. In doing so, actively manage the product portfolio to optimise CMC and MCS. 
  • Manage the collaboration with the agency network in MENA Region & Central cluster to ensure solid partnerships, constant added value and driving constant ROI improvement on the execution of our investments.
  • Build, inspire and motivate a local marketing team that excels in the execution and delivery of the strategy provided by NPP, in the central cluster. Demonstrate leadership and facilitate the growth/development of key talents. Coach and empower direct reports. 
  • Strive to optimise, speed-up and smoothen the execution of all operational marketing processes, and contribute to  a solid ICP, and overall MBP cycle, in coordination with the other functions. 
  • Support the marketing team in the BU in MENA head office on different projects outside the scope of central only - corporate brand strategy, digital transformation, NPP MENA ecosystem, advocacy events while drivign internal & extrenal engagement .

 

What will make you successful…

Minimum 7 years experience in a senior marketing role and 2 years in other function ideally in Sales at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG
Experience in leading and managing cross functional teams
