Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the Digital Consumer Experience Lead FOOD SEE position in Kyiv

  Main Responsibilities: 

 

         Strategy & Contribution

  • Adjusting the SEE FOOD implementation of Consumer Experience Roadmap to the UA and MD environment, integrating with Brand and Commerce Teams in alignment with key local (Category and NIM) Experts and Zone category stakeholders
  • Supporting brands CX through a strong focus on Consumer Centricity and promoting a marketing culture that prioritizes enhancing the Consumer Experience and Journey
  • Contribution of digital communication strategy (including support to MKT team in briefing preparation of Creative and Media strategy, Campaign Idea development for brands and guidance on media strategy)
  • Support brands in Annual Content Planning and Execution, having a full Category view on Above-Market initiatives
  • Support in development of winning digital and offline content for FOOD brands communication across SEE

Own Assets

  • Adjusting Omnichannel SEE Strategy plans to UA, MD and other geo's to deliver best in class owned assets (e.g. website, CRM, influencer program…) and supports the E2E process from master development for local brands
  • Develop and refine website search strategies to improve our visibility in search engines

Social Media & Creators

  • Serve as the go-to expert for all social media-related matters, ensuring social best practices and enhanced performance.
  • Support with the integration of content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors into social media strategies across brands

eCommerce

  • Support in analysing Digital Shelf performance (on Data Impact) and identifying areas of improvement - supporting local CDT and eCommerce teams with improvements
  • Support on a need basis in creation of branded eContent within the framework of I2L business projects, to improve eMerchandising and increase eSales in partnership with eCommerce dedicated functions
  • Accelerating Digital Shelf excellence execution as per guidelines and KPIs

Initiatives

  • Leadership of initiatives feeding into the brand purpose in UA and MD (e.g. CSV initiatives like Culinary and Nutritional Education in Schools, Zero Waste etc)

Capability Building

  • Providing support in capability building of SEE FOOD team on perspective of the evolving digital landscape

Performance

  • Data-Driven Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies
  • Use and monitor a set of relevant KPI’s and link them to the business objectives of digital initiatives, allowing them to measure their impact and optimize them through continuous suggestions
  • Regular monitoring of all completed projects: quality and effectiveness, level of social media conversation & engagement levels, pre- and post-evaluation of activities to effectively achieve ROI

Externals

  • Supports the Category communication with strategic digital partners (Meta, Google, etc.), agencies and suppliers to excel in the use of their respective platforms and create competitive gaps
  • Support in selection, recommendation, evaluation of main partners on CX projects: third party agencies, other suppliers, digital platforms

 

Main Requirements: 

  • Fluency in Ukrainian and advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • University degree
  • Strong Digital Marketing (Social Media, Influencers marketing, Digital campaigns, Website management) expertise (>3 years)
  • Proven track record in delivering strategic digital marketing communication projects
  • Has independently managed digital media and CRM projects such as website administration, loyalty programs, digital media campaigns planning at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG / agency side
  • Strong consumer insight and knowledge to drive consumer communication; excellent understanding of media and digital technologies
  • Excellent communication (spoken and written) and presentation skills
  • Project management skills, pragmatic resilient, focus oriented
  • Developed organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Experience in eCommerce is a plus
