Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the Digital Manager FOOD SEE (South Eastern Europe) position in Kyiv

  Main Responsibilities: 

Strategy & Contribution

  • Adapt the Consumer Communication Experience Roadmap for UA and MD, ensuring it fits local needs while working closely with category experts
  • Champion Consumer Centricity by supporting brands in building strong consumer experiences and promoting a marketing mindset that puts the consumer journey at the center of decision?making
  • Contribute to Digital Communication Strategy, including helping the MKT team prepare creative and media briefs, shaping campaign ideas, and guiding media strategy to ensure effective brand communication
  • Support Annual Content Planning & Execution for FOOD brands
  • Support in development High-Impact Content by contributing to the creation of engaging digital and offline materials that strengthen communication for FOOD brands across South Eastern Europe

Own Assets

  • Localize and Activate Omnichannel Strategies for UA, MD, and other geographies, ensuring the delivery of high?quality owned digital assets (including websites, CRM programs, influencer platforms..). Lead and support the full end?to?end process from regional master asset development to local brand execution.
  • Strengthen Website Performance by developing and optimizing search strategies that enhance brand visibility and improve search engine ranking across key geo’s

Social Media & Creators 

  • Act as the key social media expert, ensuring best?in?class practices, consistent brand presence, and strong performance across all platforms
  • Integrate creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors into brand strategies, supporting impactful and locally relevant storytelling across social channels

eCommerce

  • Analyze Online Digital Shelf performance & contribute in eCommerce improvements of product visibility (branded eContent) and conversion

Initiatives 

  • Lead key brand?building initiatives in UA and MD that support brand purpose and create positive impact — including CSV programs

Capability Building 

  • Support digital capability building within the SEE FOOD team

Performance

  • Drive data?driven marketing approaches by working with cross?functional teams to implement strategies grounded in insights and analytics
  • Monitor and manage key digital KPIs, ensuring clear linkage to business objectives, and provide ongoing recommendations to optimize performance

Externals 

  • Strengthen collaboration with key digital partners (e.g., Meta, Google) and agencies
  • Support the selection, recommendation, and evaluation of strategic partners

 

Main Requirements: 

  • Fluency in Ukrainian and advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • University degree
  • Strong Digital Marketing (Social Media, Influencers marketing, Digital campaigns, Website management) expertise (>3 years)
  • Proven track record in delivering strategic digital marketing communication projects
  • Has independently managed digital media campaigns
  • Experience with website administration, loyalty programs is a plus
  • Strong consumer insight and knowledge to drive consumer communication; excellent understanding of media and digital technologies
  • Excellent communication (spoken and written) and presentation skills
  • Project management skills, pragmatic resilient, focus oriented
  • Developed organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Experience in eCommerce is a plus
