Position Summary
As a Brand Manager Confectionary, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand/category strategies based on Strategic Business Unit and regional priorities, as well as the overall objectives and strategy of Nestlé Professional Switzerland Food.

A Day in the Life of a Brand Manager Confectionary
- Develop and execute annual brand Innovation and Rennovation strategies, owning and managing defined projects and acting as a liaison among stakeholders.
- Deliver concept-wise License to Operate/permanent offer solutions for major clients within DACH region, creating deep customer insight and understanding.
- Continuously monitor brand/category performance and propose optimizations for the product portfolio.
- Ensure efficient and correct launch of Innovation and Rennovation projects, involving all necessary stakeholders and following established processes.
- Develop and implement the commercial annual brand plan, including communication, promotion, and Innovation & Rennovation plans in alignment with sales.
- Deliver a digital communication plan for confectionary across all digital touchpoints, ensuring strong campaigns and nurturing the database.
- Participate actively in the category planning process and define and monitor gap closing activities.
- Manage the categories' performance, including margin control and value chain management.
What will make you successful
- Solid experience in Brand & Category Management.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and react to real-time trends and commercial figures, including P&L (Profit & Loss).
- Proven track record in delivering marketing projects on time and flawlessly, with strong project management skills.
- Experience in digital brand communication.
- Strategic vision on brand/category development.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Fact-based thinking with an out-of-the-box approach.
- Previous experience in B2B or working closely with a Field Sales Force is an advantage.
- Fluent in German, French and English.
