As a Business Excellence Specialist, you will provide operational support on tools and processes to various departments throughout the organization and execute accurate & efficient third-party management in order to enable the B2C and B2B sales channels to focus on business results. As such, you will act as an expert and super user on different business tools and processes.
A Day in the Life of a Business Excellence Specialist
- Develop knowledge about businesses (Marketing, Sales, HR) and drive expertise to ensure tools are responding to their needs and remain efficient at all levels
- Become a key player in the introduction or integration of new Field Sales tools, support Head Office team in project roll outs and provide trainings or documentation to the sales community when needed and participate in global community to leverage best practices between markets
- Support all B2C and B2B operational activities linked to tools or processes: act as super user and ensure support in case of bug, participate in meetings to provide expertise on tools and define feasibility of new initiatives
- Support multi-channel workforce team by partnering with internal key stakeholders from various departments throughout the organization to understand workforce requirements, and providing input to support decision making regarding workforce structuring topics
- Drive continuous improvements and efficiencies: proactively propose optimizations and adapt tools according to the business and operational needs
What will make you successful
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Business Management or Information System (IST) with specific interest in new technologies
- 1 to 3 years proven experience within an IT department or in developing and maintaining tools, and processes
- Project management experience a plus
- Good command of Excel
- Proficiency in French and English with good knowledge of German
