Position Summary

As a Modern Trade Supervisor at Nestlé Gabon, you will support or partially create, develop and implement annual customer plans that are aligned with overall Nestlé business and customer strategy, while achieving agreed profitable sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Partial / shared / agreed part of responsibility for overall customer business plan leading to overall company targets accomplishment.
- Relevant targets fulfilment within assigned customers according to the company sales targets and customer strategy.
- Supports flowless execution of routine daily sales activities in the area of planning, internal/ external communication, anticipates and continuously measures achieved results, implements proper correcting activities if needed.
- To prepare specific analysis based on business requirements driven by direct superior.
- Responsible for achievement of agreed targets and KPIs within his/her customers.
- Adheres all Nestlé principles and policies including local Sales policy, Safety and Legal regulations.
What will make you successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing area.
- Some experience in Account Management is an advantage.
- FMCG experience is an advantage.
- Must have a valid driver's license (Driving license and experience are mandatory)
- English language knowledge on the level B1
