Position Summary
Nestlé Nespresso is currently looking for a Brand and Communication Manager. You will be responsible for driving brand image, strengthening emotional connection with consumers, and executing integrated communication strategies across channels.
A day in the life of Brand and Communication Manager
- Execute and adapt campaigns across ATL, BTL, retail, trade and digital channels.
- Ensure strong and consistent brand identity and storytelling.
- Drive media strategy execution across paid, owned and earned media.
- Lead PR, influencer and Key Opinion Leader ecosystem.
- Develop and execute marketing events and content strategies.
- Drive sustainability and brand purpose communication.
- Work closely with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver impact.
What will make you successful
- University degree in Marketing, Communication or similar.
- At least 8 years of experience in communication, media or brand management.
- Experience in FMCG or premium brands.
- Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external partners.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
