Position Summary
The Data and Analytics Expert is an Above Market Single Point of Contact (SPOC) responsible for leading, orchestrating, and accelerating data capturing, processing, activation, and visualization across multiple touchpoints such as CRM, Social Media, Website, eCommerce, and Media. This role involves building valuable data use cases, driving analytics and insights from available data, and supporting the Nutrition marketing team and other stakeholders.

A Day in the Life of...
- Support Strategy and Use Cases: Collaborate with SBU/Zone Digital Manager(s) and Marketing Teams to define strategy and use cases for analytics, identifying opportunities for data to drive business decisions.
- High-Level Analysis: Provide high-level analysis on trends, opportunities, and answer critical business questions.
- Build Analytics Capabilities: Develop analytics capabilities in markets through hands-on learning and use case adoption.
- Dashboard Deployment: Ensure level one dashboards are deployed in markets and at the business level, adopting global solutions for efficiencies and driving above-market business analytics capabilities.
- Data Architecture and Reporting: Audit the existing Ecosystem Architecture in Z-EUR Nutrition and propose improvements to incorporate new data from new ecosystem pillars, services, and partners.
- Data Collection and Activation: Own data requirements related to Martech tools and support markets with data collection, activation, and visualization.
- Consumer Journey Analytics: Support the CX Consumer Journey Lead in building an analytical and data-driven approach to analyze consumer journeys, identify pain points, and propose solutions.
- Training and Support: Provide capabilities training on data KPIs, first-party data value exchange, growth strategies, data governance best practices, and deliver global data capabilities training and courses.
- KPI Setting and Benchmarking: Use global guidance to help set KPIs and benchmark against external performance.
What Will Make You Successful
- Experience: More than 5 years in digital marketing/eBusiness working with global brands. Proven data analyst experience, including performance analysis, KPI scoring, and insights.
- Technical Skills: Experience managing CDPs, dashboard visualization, and building with tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Data Studio, and Datorama.
- Analytical Mindset: Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and a deep interest in Data and CRM.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, team-oriented mentality, and proven change management experience.
- Project Management: Experience in project management is a plus.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Nestlé Corporate Business, Nutrition brands, and core Nestlé Digital communication policies.
- Personal Qualities: Collaborative, responsible, results-focused, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
