Position Summary

Within the Nestlé Group, Integrated Business Services is a large unit which delivers a broad range of services to all businesses internally (Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Real Estate and Management services). Integrated Business Services is looking for one highly skilled leader to continuously drive its performance improvement, while enabling and support Nestlé’s Functions and Businesses to drive their transformations. We believe in harnessing the power of technology and strategic methodologies to transform processes and achieve better performance and enable sustainable growth. As an IBS Improvement Funnel Manager, your role is critical to ensure Integrated Business Services delivers its efficiency commitment to the group and you will also play a pivotal role in supporting Nestlé through their transformation journeys. You will be a catalyst of the Improvement Ecosystem, providing the framework, establishing effective Governance and driving End to End processes reengineering (e.g.: HR Business Services, Integrated Marketing Services, Record to Report, Source to Pay, etc…). Your expertise in consultancy and process redesign will be essential in identifying focus areas, applying proven methodologies, and leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

 

A day in the life of... 

  • Conduct thorough assessments leveraging the proper data, technology and methodologies of existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Partners to understand their business needs and improvement objectives.
  • Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile to redesign processes and drive change.
  • Leverage technology and digital tools to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower teams in adopting new processes and technologies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of Improvement initiatives, providing ongoing support and recommendations.
  • Prepare and drive/attend Governance to ensure proper review of ongoing projects, set priorities, and discuss any challenges or opportunities.
  • Explore with Business Partners to understand their goals and identify areas to focus to seek for improvement initiatives.
  • Define the right approach, resources, information needed to address Business Partner’s needs.
  • Analyze data collected from assessments, including process maps, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback, to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for redesign.
  • Shape and drive the interactions needed to identify and implement the improvement opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functions workshops to brainstorm ideas for process improvements, applying methodologies such as Lean or Agile to encourage innovative thinking.

 
What will make you successful 

  • Proven experience in consultancy, with a focus on process redesign and transformation.
  • Strong understanding of methodologies such as Lean Office, Six Sigma, BPML, Agile, etc.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology to identify and drive process improvements (e.g. Process Mining, Task mining, GenAi).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Enable Results through others by motivating and mobilizing resources
  • Previous experience operating in a Matrix Organization, ideally with Shared Services.
  • Proficiency in leading and facilitating workshops and executive meetings.
  • Project Management Competencies.
