Position Summary

The eCommerce Support Specialist plays a crucial role in connecting the Purina team with Zooplus, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of product information and assortment details. This position serves as the primary point of contact for eCommerce-related inquiries, maintaining compliance with Purina’s guidelines while utilizing Nestlé’s E-Commerce Operating Models and Global Solutions. The specialist will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the integrity of product listings, monitor performance metrics for new launches and key products, and support category business reviews. Additionally, the specialist will consolidate performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, contributing to the preparation of essential documents and facilitating effective customer planning processes.

 

A day in the life of...

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of Assortment information for Purina in Zooplus (assortment review, data sharing, status update);
    • Find and collect key product information required for listing;
    • Maintain the shared documents pertaining to product information;
    • provide performance measurements for new launches and other strategic SKUs to inform the assortment strategy, including monitoring assortment within the online shops.
  • Support the category business reviews with the Zooplus team to discuss the state of the business, consumer trends, key business drivers, and incremental opportunities.
    • Consolidate leading and lagging performance data, including with the support of the Business Intelligence team, to identify key trends and growth opportunities
    • Participate in the creation of key strategic documents and management of meetings as part of the Customer planning processes.

 

What will make you successful

  • 3 to 5 years in digital marketing /eBusiness working with Global brands
  • Good knowledge of Digital Marketing and brand marketing
  • Experience in eCommerce is a must
  • Proficient English writing, reading, speaking
  • Proven change management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team oriented mentality and attitude
  • Ownership, responsibility & adaptability
  • Result oriented
  • Can work independently and predominantly in a remote team
  • Pro-active and self-driven
