Position Summary

A key enabler of the eBusiness Strategy is the activation of the in-house solution 'Content Services' aiming at supporting Markets/Businesses along the Product Content lifecycle (E.g Creation, Adaptation, Distribution and Monitoring of Product eContent Assets accross all touchpoints). The Content Services will bring scalability, automation, cost efficiency, and speed to markets. The eContent Account Specialist will play a key role in the Global Transformation of Nestlé.


  The main purpose of the job is to be the interface between the Markets/Businesses and the Content Services internal and external partners, to ensure:
- Timely and Effective Transition/Activation of Content Services - Delivery of World Class Service
- Management Business/Markets' demand
- Coordination of global/regional projects
- Problem Solving
- Bring insights based on available data
 
Also, the purpose will be to work with internal and external stakeholders to perform continuous improvement and ensure they are implemented to bring value to Business. The key responsibility of the eContent Account Specialist is to foster the relationship and grow the business with the customer.
 
A day in the life of...
•    Coordinate the Transition of services from Market/Business (e.g.: internal or local agencies) to Integrated Business Services (IBS) Content Services. Present Content Services and respective ways of working, define an activation plan suited to the Market/Business, ensure all Content Services' pre-requisites are fulfilled, collect and track Market/Business' demand plan, manage the activation of services between Market/Business and Content Services' internal/external partners.
•    Act as a coordinator for the Content Services, with the different vendors according to the Service Level Agreement, to ensure proper execution of the Service, with service orientation to the Market/Business. Act as a point of escalation/resolution if any discrepancy and manage prioritization. Support on the Capacity planning.
•    Support on the high level coordination of Key Projects from the planning to the implementation and performance analysis (E.g.: eContent Playbook / Toolkits / Campaigns)
•    Maintain Operational Documentation to ensure proper execution of Services (Processes, Service Catalogue, Training materials, Briefs, etc…).
•    Digitally Agile: Knowledgeable about digital content production and digital touchpoints. Knowledgeable about digital marketing related services. Experience of working with agencies and third-party vendors in content space. Liaise with Content Services eco-system to integrate Guidelines and align Service Lines with vendors. Liaise with Content Services Development Lead for Continuous improvement.
•    Run Weekly Operational reviews with internal and external suppliers to track Service Delivery. Get improvement actions listed and follow up until adherence to the committed Service level.
•    Run periodic meetings with Business/Market to strengthen relationship, seek new opportunities and grow the account. Collect demand as well as ensure that market adhere to Content Services pre-requisites. Identify Market/Business knowledge gap and propose action to Business/Market to fill those gaps.
•    Liaise with Finance & Control team for the correct and timely charge back of services provided to Nestlé Markets/Businesses
•    Ensure compliance with Nestlé Global standards including effective management of Standard Routines, Market Deployment Toolkit and Control Best Practices.
 
What will make you successful
•    At least 3 years in Marketing and/or Content Account Management
•    Working with high-volume, multi-platform, complex tasks
•    Working in a corporate and multi-cultural setting
•    Great understanding of the Digital Ecosystem Map
•    Strong project management skills
•    Strong relationship management skills dealing with Customer and managing vendors
•    Strong presentation and/or selling skills
•    Experience in using Project Management, Tracking Tools (Cost, Time, Budget, Volumes, Resources)
•    Strong Marketing mindset
•    Business driven
•    Agency experience is a plus (not dismissive)
•    English (advanced level)
•    French (prefered, not dismissive)
•    Spanish (prefered, not dismissive)
