We are currently looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Nestlé Waters team.

Location: İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent
 

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

Execution Plan and Implementation : Assist development and follow up execution of the plans for brands & categories with related to product and channels, portfolio/I&R initiatives and execution enablers.                                                         

Customer & Consumer Communication : Accountable to develop local communication execution guidelines in line with globally approved Brand Communication Frameworks and guidelines                                                            

1) Assist development of online and offline customer & consumer communication at point of consumption in alignment with the one consumer journey                                                                   

2) Development of executional & promotional toolkits to enable plan & implement activity calendar                                 
3) Assist development of category training material (e.g. Commercial Value Propositions, product knowledge)

4) Follow up execution of PFME plans and measure ROI                                                                                                                                        
5) Execute digital strategy

6) Support I&R projects"                                              

Business & Operations results management : Responsible for category business commercial plans and KPI's  ( NNS, RIG/OG, MC, OP1) through                                                                                                                           

1) Monthly business performance review of the platform and propose corrective actions.

2) Tracking of competitor activity and development of suitable counter strategies and plans.

3) Support the development and implementation of the activity calendars                                                   

Which profile are we looking for?

Proven track record of succesfully managing projects in all aspects; strategy, positioning, creative/media/PR/Social Media, agency management, budget management. Understand, analyze and leverage company, channel, category, consumer and shopper data effectively

Plan, initiate and exploit market research

Support brand plans within Integrated Commercial Planning Process

Manage and exploit packaging design. Strive for visual superiority.

Support technical applications for innovations and renovation (Packaging; Production, Supply Chain)

Assist digitalization of the brands     

Min 1 year experience in  brand/marketing management for well-known brands.

Relevant work experience in FMCG, Retail or Food&Beverage.  Passionate about marketing management.  SAP knowledge will be strong assets

Fluency in English

Experience in analyzing Nielsen&Ipsos reports is a plus

Passionate about digital marketing and e-commerce

Strong project and time management skills

Ability to analyse complex data and using that to make relevant strategic recommendations.

Well command of MS Office applications.
