We are currently looking for an Associate Legal Counsel to join our Nestlé Legal team.

Location: İstanbul
Type of contract: Temporary (12 months)

As an Associate Legal Counsel, you will have the following responsibilities;

• You will be responsible for the execution of legal, compliance, regulatory, and risk management strategies for Nestlé
• Provide strategic and tactical, solution-oriented legal advice to various business units, considering applicable laws, reputational aspects, and company policies and guideline
• Lead dispute management and regulatory investigations for Nestlé
• Advocate effectively with key stakeholders, professional organizations, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), and supranational bodies to shape the regulatory and legal environment, particularly in areas such as food, consumer rights, digital law, intellectual property, healthcare, and competition law

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law
• A minimum 5 years of  post-qualification experience
• Proven experience in collaborating with senior management and engaging with individuals from diverse disciplines and cultures
• Excellent command of English
