We are currently looking for a Strategic Revenue Management Executive to join our Sales team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Permanent

 

As a SRM Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Will manage the Strategic Revenue management processes,  tools by Category,                                                        
  • Will contribute to aligned brand pricing & promotion strategies across the portfolio, will define & execute optimised Pack Price architecture                                             
  • Will expose the effectiveness of the full commercial investment mix and seek and share opportunities to optimise it                                                       
  • Will, by understanding trade investment composition & structure across customers, ensure optimal commercial plans are in place to execute against aligned portfolio & brand pricing strategies & drive return on investmentmation and translate them into actionable insight relevant to category, brand, channel and customer                                             
  • Will understand and develop clear promotional guidelines/policies across our channels & customers based on agreed brand pricing strategies with consumer & shopper insights.                                                           
  • Follow up pre &post evaluation of promotions with the related stakeholders and share the key results to related stakeholders,                                                         
  • Understand and utilize the tools rolled out by Zone SRM Team to maximize return on investment by improving structure,conditionality and compliance,                                                 
  • Understanding net-net prices by customer and assess degree of defendability of trade investment between customers/channels based on size, growth and strategic customer prioritization, also conducting and taking into consideration channel basis pricing corridor studies,                                            
  • Understand and utilize the tools rolled out by Zone SRM Team to maximize return on investment by improving structure,conditionality and compliance,                                                 
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.                                                  

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Excellent command of English
  • At least 3 years experience in Generating Demand at FMCG and / or insight generation focused roles. Demonstrated Commercial Competencies: Master Shopper Understanding, Understand &Develop Winning Strategies and Plans, Win in Omni-Channel, Deliver Superior Store Execution, Drive Profitable Revenue Growth, Successful cross functional team leadership
