Main Purpose of the Job
We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to delight target consumers, build brand portfolios, and generate strong brand building results.
Key Outputs / Deliverables
- Responsible for supporting the delivery of Brand Growth through implementing brand tactics & activities both online & offline
- Executes consumer immersions and other relevant insighting exercises.
- Develops and updates the Target Consumer Portrait.
- Works with strategic business units to refine brand essence and vision.
- Responsible for monitoring performance on consumer & shopper preferences, and generating actions to maintain or improve brand Preference
- Responsible for implementing Marketing activities to strengthen Brand Power
- Responsible for effectively and efficiently managing investments for specific variants or activites
- Responsible for leading teams through brand operational processes to deliver strong results.
- Considers the impact of local regulations and nutrition guidelines on the brand.
- Manages end-to-end development of communication plan from Opportunity, to the Brief, to Campaign Planning and Execution, and to Post-evals and ensures timely execution off all stages.
- Manages procurement and payment activities for the brand.
- Consistent successful application of the "Create Engaging Brand Experiences Winning Action
Critical Experiences
At least 3 years experience in Marketing.
University education in business management and marketing with excellent track record.
Strong learning agility.
Relationship management and communication skills.
Understanding of digital martketing.
Should habe intermediate financial capabilities (can understand and interpret basic Marketing Financials)
Has the ability to use practical to strong consumer insight when developing marketing strategy, consumer focused mindest
Has strong story telling capabilities
Advantage if with experience with import/export, multinational/regional experience.
