Main Purpose of the Job

 

To improve the performance and effectiveness of the Sales Team in Nestle Health Science Philippines. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales force effectiveness strategies: Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall effectiveness of the sales force, including analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing initiatives to enhance sales performance.

  • Sales force training and development: Responsible for training and developing the sales force to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet their targets. This may involve conducting training sessions, providing coaching and mentoring, and implementing sales training programs.

  • Sales process optimization: Optimizing the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This may involve analyzing the current sales process, identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement, and implementing changes to streamline the process.

  • Sales performance measurement and analysis: Measuring and analyzing sales performance to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. This may involve analyzing sales data, conducting sales performance reviews, and providing recommendations for improvement.

  • Sales force technology and tools: Evaluating, implementing, and managing sales force technology and tools to enhance sales effectiveness. This may include CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other sales enablement technologies.

  • Sales force motivation and incentives: Develop and implement sales force motivation and incentive programs to drive performance. This may involve designing sales incentive plans, recognizing and rewarding top performers, and implementing sales contests or competitions.

  • Collaboration with other departments: Collaboration with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts. This may involve participating in cross-functional meetings, providing input on sales-related initiatives, and sharing sales insights and data.

  • Sales force effectiveness reporting: Preparation and presentation of sales force effectiveness reports to senior management. This may include providing updates on sales performance, highlighting key metrics and trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
