The Legal Executive, will be joining Nestle's dynamic and lean team supporting 3 Companies. Strong preference for candidates with background in the FMCG (F&B) industry, and/or, has done in-house counsel or government work. 

Key Output / Deliverables:

• Manage legal cases and contracts (including HR contracts)
• Counsel all management levels regarding legal matters
• Lead compliance within the business
• Constantly improve legal documents and processes using innovative means and technologies
• Assist in creating and defending the intellectual property of Nestle Philippines6. Risk identification, litigation, and legal advisors

What will make you successful

• At least 5 - 10 years experience of legal business partnering with internal clients
• Prior experience in a law firm or Government Office (NPC, SEC, IPS, Courts, RTC, SC COA)
• Has developed strong external legal network especially in emerging legal areas such as Competition Law, Data Privacy, and intellectual property
• Prior experience on food laws, consumer protection laws and procurement
