Position summary
Actively participate in achieving Business Results, by driving the development and execution of Marketing activities at Brand Level. Bring to life seamless consumer & shopper experiences, contributing also to important business parts while building on brand’s relevance.
A day in the life …
- You will lead the development, preparation and finalization of the annual Brand Plans of the assigned brands, for both Grocery and Specialist channels (omnichannel)
- You will develop & implement the Annual plan (Media plan ATL, PR, BTL, events, Digital & ecommerce) at Brand level and ensures flawless execution of planned Brand activities
- You will lead the I&R pipeline for the assigned brands: identifies new opportunities from Purina EUR central teams, implements new products/projects, aligns with key stakeholders to ensure flawless launch plans, initiates and follows up systemic processes (I2L) and drives new launch communication & execution
- You will monitor Generating Demand data at Brand level (market shares, market growth, distribution, penetration, daily sales, prices) and competition and collaborate with CDT, KAMs and DSP teams to propose corrective actions if necessary (forecasts review, promo plans etc.)
- You will plan Brand executions in-store along with Customer Planners and CDT. Participates in the creation and implementation of the Integrated Commercial Planning
- You will build and maintain “peer to peer” relationships with key internal stakeholders (e.g. CDT, Sales, DSP, Finance, other Businesses, Communications & Digital Team), Regional & Central brand leads and counterparts & also external partners (agencies partners in principle).
- You will perform Brand PFME setting and control (appropriate budget split among activities as per Brand priorities, CRM alignment, SAP & CRM, etc.), ensuring accuracy in annual spending and year end closing
- You will demonstrate Knowledge and Understanding of major P&L lines at Brand level that can impact key decision making
- You will lead and coach one intern
What makes you successful
- University Degree in Economics/Marketing or any other related field and MBA / MSc in Marketing or other related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of Generating Demand working experience (at least 2 years in Marketing position)
- Strong project & time management capabilities, multitasking mindset and analytical thinking approach
- Passion for pets
- Good communication and presentation skills and a team player
- Good knowledge in digital is required: knowledge of key social platforms, SEO/SEM would be a plus
- Strong PC knowledge (Advanced MS office), SAP Knowledge
- Fluency in Greek & English
