Position summary 
Segment the customer base for the targeting of campaigns, and assists in collecting, combining and translating data on customers (behavior), consumers, prospects, market and competition.

Reporting to: Consumer Experience & Data Insight Manager
Contract: 12 months
 

A day in the life… 

  • Segment customer base for the implementation of campaigns. Monitor and evaluate outbound campaigns via all channels: CRC, emails, BTQ network etc.
  • Create detailed reporting along with meaningful dashboards of CRM KPIs per channel, segment, geographical area etc.
  • Evaluate, report and leverage the results of analytics models (value-based segmentation, behavioral segmentation, propensity-to-buy, shopping preferences, propensity to churn etc.)
  • Contribute to the promos pre-evaluation, forecasting the respective main CRM KPIs (acceptance rate, consumption etc.) and incremental sales.     
     

What makes you successful 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or equivalent field. (Master’s degree in equivalent fields will be considered as an asset)
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Data modeling and Management, integration and manipulation of large disparate datasets.
  • Strong skills in data analytics software/platform. (IBM Modeler, Knime, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Good stakeholder management across functions & teams.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.

 

What will also help you succeed

  • Experience in CRM platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Platform. (AEP, AJO, CJA)
  • Experience in data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
  • Knowledge of other programming languages, like R or Python, for data manipulation and predictive and prescriptive modeling.
  • Strong skills in Excel.
  • Knowledge of Advanced analytics methodologies for Segmentation and Predictive modeling.
