E-Commerce & Analytics Lead - Pharmacy Channel

Position Summary
As the E-Commerce & Analytics Lead for the Pharmacy Channel, you will be responsible for driving and accelerating our online commercial performance across all pharmacy e commerce partners. You will ensure flawless digital execution, optimize online visibility and availability, and generate actionable insights that support strategic decisions and growth.

A Day in the Life…

  • Manage day to day operations and joint business plans with key online pharmacy accounts.
  • Ensure perfect online execution: accurate product content, strong imagery, availability, pricing consistency and optimal visibility placements.
  • Monitor key digital KPIs such as sales performance, conversion rates, digital shelf share, and search visibility.
  • Use digital analytics tools (e.g., Convert Group, Project Agora, marketplace dashboards) to extract insights and guide decision making.
  • Collaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing and Medical teams to align online strategy with broader business goals.
  • Track market and competitor performance, identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports that support strategic planning and execution excellence.

What Makes You Successful

  • Digitally savvy with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of e pharmacy dynamics and online retail mechanics.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in e commerce, analytics or digital trade roles is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Greek & English.
  • A proactive, data driven mindset with attention to detail and execution excellence.
