A day in the life of...

 The Account Management Lead plays a vital role in facilitating communication and collaboration between IMS business partners and IMS service teams. As the lead, you will be responsible for managing all cross-service requests that involve utilizing IMS services. This includes overseeing the entire process of brief intake, coordinating the delivery of key cross-service requests, and serving as the primary point of contact for IMS in interactions with the business.

 

What will make you successful

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Brand management, Content/Digital account management.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceptional project management skills within cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented personality with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, provide updates, and communicate project status clearly and effectively. Proven assertiveness in managing conflicting priorities and ensuring timely achievement of project milestones.
  • Comprehensive understanding and practical experience in end-to-end digital marketing processes, including consumer engagement, search, e-commerce, content creation, CRM, direct-to-consumer (D2D), design, branding, social media, and marketing analytics across various channels.
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing technology and project management tools. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies efficiently.
  • Approachable personality that fosters easy connections and effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment with exposure to multicultural settings.
  • Creative/Media/advertising Agency experience is a plus
