A day in the life of...

  • Drive creation, implementation, and execution of the Brand Websites IeBPs strategy and help the stakeholders accelerate achieving the IeBP objectives and key performance indicators more effectively and efficiently.
  • Drive website optimization and efficiency through coordination with Zone Category and SBUs, providing regular performance and optimization reports, sharing best practices across markets and categories, managing and assessing market’s request
  • Responsible for capability building and training activities for eBusiness local teams, leveraging Nestle Global Solutions.
  • Deal with complex organizational model and several stakeholders in driving change and pushing a cross market agenda.

 

What will make you successful

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management.

  • Proven experience in team management, ideally for a minimum of 2 years.

  • Strong knowledge of search marketing, including SEO, paid advertising, and eRetail.

  • Experience with UI/UX and a deep understanding of user behavior and conversion optimization.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external teams.

  • Previous experience working in an eBusiness capacity with large FMCG brands is highly desirable.

  • International agency experience is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to deliver on KPIs and drive measurable results.
