Execution of complex and deep dive reports, coordination of the execution within the team, communication with partners about the scope and deliverables, presentation of reports to partners, methodology and internal functional trainings development
- Manage the overall coordination of designated market demands to ensure first time right and service quality is delivered as agreed with the clients.
- Maintain Operational Documentation to ensure proper execution of Services (Processes, Service Catalog, Briefs, ect…) on assigned zone.
- Run Internal and External operational reviews to track service delivery. Get improvement actions listed and followed up until adherence to the committed service level.
- Consulting Partners to solve their digital analytics strategy and technical needs. Managing stakeholder expectations in day-to-day work.
- Collaborating with Support team for problem solving and tool improvement
- Deliver complex deep-dive analytical reports to successful completion, providing deeper customer insights and strategic recommendations. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders on all organizational levels
Tool Champion - Oversee resolution of tickets raised by the team, attend webinars and cascade updates to the team, Inform team about upcoming events (eg. Maintainance, global issues), coordinate with Sprinklr and Engage team regarding request for tool enhancements and improvements.
Ability and expertise to create reporting and engagement dashboards as requested by and in collaboration with the market.
Expertise in these tools: Sprinklr, Engage Omni, Facebook Business Manager and tools based on the market needs.
Tracking of access to tools and other prerequisites - Track accesses per team and ensure 100% completion of pre-requisites per Zone (iSMS)
Promote and support continous improvement initiatives. Leverage and capture NCE potential through the usage of management routines such as the DOR / WOR / MOR / QOR and NCE practices such as GSTD (Go See Think Do).
Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards including effective management of standard routines, Market Deployment Toolkit and Control Best Practices
What will make you successful
- 3-5 years background of working in Digital and Social Media
- Strong academic understanding of key digital marketing levers and mix (paid, owned, earned)
- Proficient understanding of measurement and analytics available on social platforms and digital channels; working knowledge with industry analytical tools (Social Studio, Socialbakers, Sprinklr, TalkWalker, Google Analytics or similar)
- Experience in data analysis and storytelling, ability to synthesize data into fact-based findings to further present to management
- Ability to self-design and self-construct approaches to address business questions vs. needing to be told step-by-step process; strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of English (advanced level) + at least one additional language: French, German, Spanish, Portuguese (min B1 level - depending on project).
