Digital Commerce Lead

Main Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of the Digital Commerce Lead are to be the main driver of Digital Commerce evolution among key stakeholders, continuously innovate (in terms of services, activities, processes, skills, capabilities and tools), promote digital commerce related service line best practices with IBS operation teams across centers, pilot new services, and support the delivery of solutions. Lead the digital commerce team and promote the services and engage with potential new partners.​

 

Key Outputs

 

 

Driving Excellence through alignment with IBS and IMS

- Implement/operationalize strategy for Digital Commerce as defined by IBS and Global eBusiness

- Develop relationships with key internal (Group Marketing, Category leads, IT, IBS Operations) and external (agencies) stakeholders​

- Represent digital commerce services within Group Marketing function​

- Lead the engagement for of projects leveraging newly created service line(s) as well as complex/global projects​

- Capture learnings and improvement areas and monitor satisfaction for new activities​

 

 

Service Expansion

- Network and partner with different IMS teams in other Centers to expand the portfolio of services offered by the Digicom Team

- Drive expansion conversations with BD and the Markets

- Build and operationalize new teams

Understand business needs and identify potential new “above market” activities​

- Identify service gaps and improvements based on internal business needs and feedbacks​

- co-create Digital Commerce evolution roadmap with Group Marketing and IBS Solution Lead​

- Identify innovation opportunities and synergies between vendors/tools and Nestle to build new services​

- Implement ongoing improvements, scout and formalize new opportunities​

- Design, build and pilot the new service lines for Digital Commerce (Deliverables include detailed process flow, Standard Operation Procedures, training material, activities/effort mapping)​

 

 

Operations Management

- Drive best in class operations by leading the entire Digital Commerce Services line and ensuring optimal service delivery

- Improve team structure, governance, and ways of working of the group

- Provide technical expertise in determining techology, tools, and support needed in performing all markets localization from basic to advanced adaptation

- Ensure proper transition of additional scopes, market/ businesses

- Support the evolution of IMS, specifically Digital Commerce

 

 

Performance Management

- Ensure best in class performance of Digital Commerce team by setting aggreeable targets based on industry standard and enabling the team to achieve these targets

 

 

Stakeholder Management

-Manage relationships with key business partners in market, business or HQ.

- Ensuring partner expectations are met and exceeded through service orientation, Total Servie Quality etc.

 

 

People Management

- Supervise and lead supervisors and process experts

- Develop Talents in the organization to be future Nestle Leaders

 

Capability building

- Upskill technical and functional capabilities of the team, including introduction of new tools to be able to provide more support for any localization needs of markets and businesses

- Responsible for delivering and updating training materials
