A day in the life of…

 

The Digital Commerce Specialist will join the Digital Commerce Services - Amazon Team. This person will be responsible in managing the back office of Amazon ensuring competitive inventory sufficiency of Nestlé in the vendor's website. The specialist will closely collaborate with Business/Brand Managers, Key Supply Chain Managers, eCommerce Managers, Zone Champions, and Global Amazon Acceleration Team.

 

Focus will be on quality and deadlines, ensuring standards and Nestlé guidelines and eRetailer channel requirements are respected for each deliverable, aiming for high level of quality in all tasks and act as a partner of choice for the Businesses.

 

The specialist will be supported by Global Amazon Acceleration Team to deliver daily Center of Scale activities:

 

- Monitor the inventory sufficiency of Nestlé products in Amazon vendor through reporting

- Gather insights and analytics on the ASINs of the Business based on the Amazon Catalogue

- Reconcile unavailable ASINs from the Amazon inventory through ticket resolution

- Report unauthorized third-party sellers to secure lost sales of the business

- Investigate Andon Cord cases reported by the Business and suggest recommendations

- Run periodic report through unavailable ASINs due to insufficient physical inventory

- Create report for ASINs that are live but lost the buy box

- Proactive collaboration with the business to identify key opportunities to evolve the scope or identify additional activity

 

Digital Commerce Specialist is also responsible to:

- Perform issue management to resolve failures/oversights rooted in tools, stakeholders, and/or eRetailer platforms (Amazon)

- Conduct governance calls with the business to run through the KPIs and SLA, volumes, issues and resolutions, updates impacting the service, process improvement (weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly)

- Act as the subject matter expert having knowledge in tools, market activities, eRetailer requirements and trends and patterns in digital commerce

- Transition market/service projects and onboard Businesses as part of the service expansion of the team

 

What Will Make You Successful

 

Key Experiences

- 2-4 years of experience in the eCommerce (preferably Amazon)

- 1-2 years of experience in monitoring and taking action in product related content (availability & performance)

- Good understanding in Product Master Data

 

Key Software Knowledge

- Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Seller Central management

- SAP Product Master Data solution

- Very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel (including formula) and Power BI solution
