A day in the life of...

The IMS North America Lead is responsible for strategic direction and implementation of IMS services for North America

  • Implement and operationalize the growth strategy for IMS (Integrated Marketing Services) services supporting North America, in collaboration with the Business Transformation Office (BTO) and NA Business Optimization Director.
  • Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Group Marketing, Category leads, IT, and IBS Operations, as well as external stakeholders.
  • Network and establish partnerships with different IMS teams in other Centers to expand the portfolio of services supporting North America in Manila.
  • Take the lead in engaging with projects that leverage newly created service lines, as well as complex/global projects.
  • Gain a deep understanding of business needs and identify potential new "above market" activities to enhance service offerings.
  • Identify innovation opportunities and synergies between vendors/tools and Nestle to develop and build new services.
  • Represent NBS Manila in operational governance discussions and decision-making processes related to Marketing Services delivered to North America.

What will make you successful

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with strategic marketing teams, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated leadership in engaging and managing projects, including newly created service lines and complex/global initiatives.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of the North America Zone and Operating Companies.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in successfully managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in operating within a Matrix Organization, leveraging your influencing skills to achieve results.
