A day in the life of...
The Lead Gen Campaigns Specialist supports the Business/Market in the creation and management of content on Nestlé corporate/brand websites and/or internal platforms, ensuring consistency and maintaining high-quality information standards across the websites. The main purpose is to create, test, and launch digital campaigns using campaign creation tools, but also to maintain and provide support during the post-launch period, update website content, and configure CMS based on markets/business requests.
Customize campaigns by performing front-end coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Create Digital Campaigns and related tasks assigned via ticketing tool, including front-end coding activities with high quality, First-Time-Right and within the defined SLA.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and documentation
Implement recommendations upon business approval
Organize and run trainings with Nestlé internal and external third parties on selected topics
Implement basic SEO improvements via CMS or other global tools
What will make you successful
University degree in Digital Media, Digital Communication, Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies, or another associated field.
2+ Years of experience as a Website Content Editor or a similar role.
2+ Years of experience with Campaign Production Software (for example Qualifio).
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (preferably Drupal 8 and 9).
Excellent speaking, writing, and editing skills in English (advanced level).
Knowledge of web design and UX, as a plus
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with SEO concepts and tools, as a plus
Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tool.
Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative thinker, with the ability and willingness to share his/her knowledge with peers.
A team oriented mentality and attitude where the work is approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance, and resilience.
Meeting deliverable requirements, service level agreements, and specific targets.
Defining continuous improvement in daily activities.
Ensuring good time management.
Good communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, etc.) with excellent response times.
