Position Summary
• Serve as process expert to support operations, business continuity and continuous improvement within the team . Act as system specialist while managing standards, internal control and compliance and capability building for new hires.
• Supports operations ensuring all activities in scope are executed in a timely manner and according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Coaches and trains the team members to address the functional capability building needs.
• Drives towards excellence in the delivering the services of the assigned scope by ensuring best practices are implemented and that the necessary controls meet current and future business/market needs
• Identifies, proposes and executes process initiatives to ensure efficiency and improve performance
Operations Support and Business Continuity
- Act as process expert and act as buddy for new hires in the team
- Support team performance by reviewing and conducting RCA on escalations
- Provide insight to supervisors on learning and operational needs from escalations review
- Act as back-up to support spike in volume and ensure capacity utilization for team members is at acceptable level
Support Capability Building Agenda
- Provide FT and T&E network key insight on Team Learning Needs based on the escalations and the insights from RCA exercises
Drive Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible, through:
- Support in identification of opportunity for automation and analytics, conduct and document feasibility together with PO, and operations team.
- Gathers and analyses process and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for improvements
- Close collaboration with Global and Local teams on joint initiatives
- Sharing of good practices and success stories across organization that would help in process improvement and efficiency
