A day in a life …

We are looking for a highly skilled Scrum Master to support global digital programs across Nestlé’s website ecosystem. This role will guide Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure high‑quality delivery of website services—including content, SEO, analytics, optimization, and new feature implementations.

You will work closely with cross‑functional partners across markets, agencies, IT, and digital teams to drive continuous improvement, team agility, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and guide teams in Agile practices to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective.
• Support a diverse team of 25 website specialists (Web Editors, Developers, SEO Experts, Analysts, etc.).
• Maintain transparency across teams and stakeholders through clear communication and reporting.
• Assist in backlog grooming, user story writing, and acceptance test development.
• Coordinate with global and market teams for website optimization, content, SEO, and analytics.
• Lead prioritization and resolution of defects and bugs.
• Improve team commitments through effective backlog sizing and sprint planning.
• Establish team standards, best practices, and high‑performing workflows.
• Drive process management to ensure consistent and high‑quality delivery across website services.
• Manage relationships with market teams, global functions, agencies, and business partners.
• Monitor KPIs and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Build and deliver training on new website features.
• Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile web development.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional or remote teams.
• Solid understanding of website services: eCommerce, personalization, SEO, campaigns, social media.
• Proficient in Agile tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence.
• Project management skills, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments and with remote stakeholders.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent training.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a strong advantage.
• Excellent business writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and service‑oriented under pressure.
