A DAY IN THE LIFE …

As a Social Media Expert, you will serve as the Above Market Single Point of Contact (SPOC), supporting Category Leads in orchestrating and accelerating social media activities across multiple markets. Your focus will be on Influencer and Creator Marketing, driving the adoption of Social Media (SoMe) use cases, and building scalable capabilities that strengthen brand engagement and performance.

You will collaborate closely with ZoneIBS, and Market teams to develop effective influencer strategies, manage agency reviews, measure campaign success, and share actionable insights across markets.

  • Strategic Advisory: Advise One Function Lead on identifying the most effective influencer and social media strategies, leveraging global standards and data-driven insights.

  • Implementation Support: Drive the definition and execution of Above Market Influencer/Creator strategies for key regional and local brands.

  • Influencer & Creator Activation: Support markets in planning and activating influencer and creator programs.

  • Global Alignment: Ensure Above Market and global strategies are adopted in local markets, promoting efficiencies and best-in-class social media practices.

  • Coordination: Collaborate with MSE, IBS, and market teams to implement cohesive social media strategies and ensure alignment.

  • Governance: Establish governance models, frameworks, and processes to scale efficiently across regions.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and follow up on social media performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Reporting: Provide regular insights and updates to the Zone Category Lead.

  • Continuous Improvement: Support Zone/Global Category Leads in defining priorities for ongoing social media optimization.

  • Best Practices & Insights: Share recommendations, success stories, and learnings across markets and categories.

  • Capability Building: Drive capability-building programs to enhance social media skills and knowledge across teams.

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Strategy.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and performance tracking.

  • Experience in working with cross-market or regional teams.

  • Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and passion for innovation in social media.
