A day in a life...
The UX/UI Specialist supports global and market teams in optimizing user experience and content performance across Nestlé’s brand, corporate, eCommerce, and internal websites and mobile applications. Responsibilities include integrating analytical tools, conducting UX/UI analysis, generating insights, running A/B tests, preparing recommendations, and guiding partners in implementing improvements. The role also supports documentation and functional training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate analytical tools and analyze customer behavior to create insights and recommendations.
- Review user interactions and propose UX/UI improvements aligned with Nestlé and industry best practices.
- Generate A/B testing hypotheses, manage experiments, and present next‑step recommendations.
- Set up feedback collection tools, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights.
- Support testing and implementation of new functionalities and act as UX/UI expert for brands.
- Present UX/UI solutions to Brand Managers and guide them on necessary changes.
- Support IBS Web Content team in integrating recommendations into websites.
- Mentor and support team members (editors, tech teams, brand managers, agencies).
- Conduct internal quality checks and maintain documentation/SOPs.
- Participate in functional training development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Machine Interaction, Psychology, Digital Technologies, or related fields.
- Specific courses in UX/UI design, UX Research, and Website Analytics.
- 2+ years of experience in website optimization and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of website ecosystem (front‑end optimization, analytics).
- Experience with analytical tools: Google Analytics, SessionCam, Glassbox, Google Optimize, Usabilla, TINT.
- Proven UX/UI project experience.
- Strong data analysis, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Drupal and Magento CMS.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS (advantage).
- Excellent English communication skills.
