A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...

Responsible and accountable for overall operational excellence of Website, Search and D2C teams across projects. Managing team members and workstreams to bring value to the Nestlé corporate/brand websites, ensuring consistency, high-quality standards across the websites, website and content optimization. Supervisor is responsible for operationalizing Website and SEO strategy and recommendations, training other Web and Search Specialists in order to build an extensive Search capabilities in the team. Leveraging BrightEdge, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, CMS Softwares. Supervisor must ensure his team delivers monitoring and tracking of the websites performance and provides recommendations to brand managers, local digital agencies, etc. In addition, Supervisor will be involved in larger Website & Search projects like the migration of several websites, piloting and implementation of new services, etc.

Scope:
Nestlé corporate and brand websites
 
Duties:
- Act as the go-to person for any Website and Search Services related topics
- Review and analyze the Nestlé websites for areas that can be improved and optimized
- Measure results of the strategy implementation with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console and BrightEdge
- Monitoring and reporting performance of traffic, rankings, conversions and other trends.
- Keep other team members up-to-date with Web and SEO best practices and guidelines
- Work on specific large scale Website and SEO projects
- Develop documentation
- Ad-hoc tasks (e.g. testing new functionalities)
- Collaborate with and support other projects and/or teams
- Review content plans with key stakeholders to align strategy with other markets
- Manage a team (responsible for planning, organizing resources, leading or influencing team members, controlling processes so that goals can be achieved); decision-making experience
- Mentor and support other Search, Websites and D2C Specialists
 

ARE YOU A FIT?

1. University Degree in English, Digital Media, International Relations, Business administration, or any other related field
2. 1-2 years experience in managing the team of experts in a specific area
3. Proven work experience with SEO, CMS for Content and CMS for eCommerce or similar role; familiarity with SEO, keyword research, Web Content updating, UI/UX, eCommerce promo management thru CMS.
4. Hands-on experience with website measurement tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SessionCam etc).
5. Excellent writing and speaking skills in English
6. Proven leadership and good communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, etc.) with excellent response times
7. Working with high-volume, complex tasks with great attention to detail
8. Working in a corporate and multinational/multicultural environment
9. Ability to collaborate effectively and independently across functions/ teams and projects
10. High proactivity, always looking for improvement in daily duties and skill levels; good time management (including own time)
11. Ability to make decisions
12. Meeting deliverable requirements, service level measures and specific targets
13. Must be amenable in Mid shift or Night shift
