A day in the life of...

The eRetail Search Coordinator will support the planning and lead the coordination of Keyword Optimization, utilizing our Digital Shelf Analytics tool (NIQ Digital Shelf) and other relevant resources. This role is essential for the development and execution of Keyword Strategies aimed at enhancing the online presence of Nestlé brands and optimizing search performance across various eRetail platforms, such as Amazon, Lazada, and Mercado Libre.

They will also be responsible for eRetail Search Performance Reporting, leveraging the NIQ Digital Shelf tool. They will continuously collaborate with Digital Marketing Experts and market/brand teams to identify opportunities for driving greater visibility on eRetail platforms.

 

What will make you successful

1.University Degree ideally in Digital Media, Digital Communication or Digital Technologies or Marketing
2. Strong communication skills: Effective communication, both verbal and written, is crucial for coordinating with teams, providing guidance, and documenting processes.
3. Proven experience in SEO, preferably within the eCommerce or retail sector
4. Experience in Keyword optimization and performance tracking
5. Advanced use of Excel
6. Good analytical skills with great attention to detail
7. Experience in managing global projects with high-level internal and external stakeholders
8. Experience in creating project timelines and managing its deliverables, outlining the outputs and delivery timings required from multiple stakeholders
9. A team oriented mentality and attitude where the work is approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance and resilience.
10. Meeting deliverable requirements, service level agreements and specific targets.
11. Defining continuous improvement in daily activities.
12. Capability to propose process and technical improvements for current operations.
13. Adaptability and flexibility: The ability to adapt to changes, learn new technologies quickly, and handle shifting priorities is valuable.
14. Problem-solving abilities: The ability to analyze issues and propose solutions is essential for resolving technical challenges.
