What to Expect: 

The e-Commerce Acquisition Lead owns the end-to-end performance of machine sales and acquisition across digital channels (website, mobile app), driving growth through data-driven strategies, promotional excellence and cross-functional execution by:

  • Delivering best-in-class acquisition journeys to maximize conversion and recruitment quality
  • Leading and orchestrating promotional plans and machine launches in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Driving the achievement of machines sales and new member acquisition targets across all digital touchpoints
  • Steering acquisition strategies, campaigns and innovation in partnership with internal stakeholders

 

Role Requirements

Establish Acquisition & Machines growth plan (strategy & innovation) plan

  • Define and own the acquisition strategy to increase the share of online recruitment, leveraging data-driven insights
  • Define machine growth levers (portfolio, bundles, pricing, promotions) to maximize recruitment and conversion
  • Propose which innovations should be launched in the market, define timing, recommend launch plan and implement success KPIs

Online Campaigns and product launches

  • Manage the communication with HQ for implementation and deployment of local and global campaigns
  • Design and optimize acquisition journeys tailored to each campaign and persona
  • Ensure consistency across all channels with Omni teams
  • Lead machine launches (bundles, promo packs, hero SKUs) across digital touchpoints

Ecom Promotional plan

  • Develop and execute activation plans aligned with business priorities, and growth objectives
  • Lead the end-to-end promotional calendar across digital channels (website, app, CRM, media)

Contribute to the best-in-class customer experience objective

  • Monitor digital promotional and transactional trends, new features and/or technology to stay on top of digital innovation.

 

Preferred Skills  

Education: University Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing/Business/Commerce

Experience:

  • 4 years Digital Marketing experience gained in a premium, lifestyle consumer goods environment (e.g. Food & Beverages, Cosmetics, Apparel and Accessories)
  • Excellent Brand Management and Communication skills
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills in French and English
  • Strong analytical and budget management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple, cross organizational partners
