POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lead, Amazon Business (Digital Retail) drives the execution and growth of Nespresso’s Amazon Business channel, accelerating machine and coffee sales while expanding engagement with SMB and Enterprise customers.
This role owns end‑to‑end in‑platform execution, delivering strong commercial performance, best‑in‑class digital shelf execution, and a seamless customer journey that leverages Nespresso’s B2B portfolio and relevant B2C offerings to recruit, convert, and retain professional buyers.
As part of the Digital Retail team, the Lead translates B2B and acquisition priorities into actionable plans on Amazon Business, partnering closely with the Director Customer Account- eBusiness, and cross‑functional teams to deliver disciplined execution and scalable growth.
This is a hybrid based opportunity (2 days onsite at Nespresso USA’s NYC Manhattan Herald Square office) and the rest remotely from home.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute Amazon Business commercial performance and customer acquisition (B2B):
- Own day‑to‑day commercial execution for Amazon Business across machines, coffee, and accessories
- Drive SMB and Enterprise customer acquisition by executing Amazon Business strategies that leverage Nespresso’s B2B portfolio and relevant B2C offerings
- Manage item setup, availability, catalog accuracy, and Buy Box health in partnership with Amazon and internal teams
- Execute promotional and merchandising plans aligned to commercial and acquisition priorities
- Partner with Supply Chain and Finance to support forecast accuracy and inventory health
Own Digital Shelf execution and SMB & Enterprise customer experience:
- Drive discoverability, content quality, and conversion across the Amazon Business portfolio
- Optimize PDPs and content to support SMB and Enterprise purchasing needs and decision‑making
- Support ongoing updates and expansion of the Amazon Business Brand Store
- Ensure consistent brand and content standards across PDPs and the Brand Store
- Partner with Digital Shelf and Channel Marketing teams to adapt content for the B2B context while leveraging relevant B2C assets
Drive coordination, reporting, and account‑level insights:
- Serve as the day‑to‑day internal point of contact for Amazon Business within Digital Retail
- Deliver regular performance reporting and business recaps for the Senior Manager and cross‑functional partners
- Translate Amazon Business performance data into clear actions and recommendations to support acquisition and growth
- Coordinate cross‑functional readiness for launches, campaigns, and key initiatives
- Identify and execute test‑and‑learn opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, and portfolio performance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce, vendor operations, or digital merchandising
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working cross‑functionally with commercial, content, and supply chain teams
- Passion for digital retail and delivering B2B customer solutions
SKILLS:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
- Experience managing digital merchandising, promotions, and content optimization on marketplace platforms
- Comfort working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments with multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑ready reporting and recaps
- Test‑and‑learn mindset with experience optimizing conversion, acquisition, or portfolio performance
The approximate pay range for this position is $140,000- $160,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
