POSITION SUMMARY:
The B2B Marketing Lead will drive strategies and marketing initiatives to enhance customer loyalty, engagement, and coffee consumption among professional audiences and their guests/end consumers. This role is pivotal in optimizing the customer journey across all touchpoints and channels, ultimately boosting ongoing coffee sales and expanding existing accounts. By leveraging insights from various B2B industries and verticals, you will develop strategic programming and tools that empower our sales team to retain and grow our partner base in alignment with Nespresso Professional's commercial strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES:
B2B Marketing Initiatives to Drive Engagement & Retention
- Create a cohesive, measurable, and impactful marketing plan to deepen engagement and increase loyalty among existing B2B customers
- Collate knowledge and insights about known-customers, understanding what data is available and driving how we can learn more about how to best serve our customers across touchpoints
- Serve as primary point of contact for Sales organization to support existing customers, ensuring retention and deepening of engagement with the brand is always a priority in the Sales process while also supporting specific efforts to increase coffee sales
- Develop and implement strategies tailored to different verticals/sectors (Offices, HORECA, etc.), ensuring targeted and effective engagement plans are in place and measured regularly for improvement
Channel Activation
- Partner closely with subject-matter-experts (SMEs) in CRM, Customer Experience, Paid Media and other touchpoints and channels to map a B2B Customer Audience strategy, ensure a cohesive brand story is delivered, and ultimately drive results in sales across all channels
- Ensure consistent messaging of the Nespresso Professional value proposition is delivered in every touchpoint for existing customers, including point of consumption and surrounding materials that support brand engagement
Coffee Launches & Activation
- Contribute to the work led by the Product Marketing team, especially the B2B Product Marketing Manager, to understand B2B customer needs, leveraging insights to drive a strong product pipeline that supports retention of existing customers.
- Partner cross-functionally to create effective 360-degree launch plans for all new products aimed at driving retention and engagement with existing customers -- specifically new B2B coffees and accessories
- Measurement & Performance Management
- Ensures effective oversight of agency and vendor relationships to drive efficiency and effectiveness of non-working investments, measured by brand & sales performance
- Continuous improvement mindset, focused on establishing processes that link brand, product, sales and channel activation in a way that drives results
- Participate with HQ B2B Marketing & global B2B marketing community to allow for best practice sharing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years’ experience in sales and/or a customer/trade marketing role , preferably with a CPG company
- 2 years’ experience in traditional brand management role, preferred
- Exceptional planning and project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry and trade preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Experience with Database Management software a plus

The approximate pay range for this position is $140,000- $165,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
