What to Expect:
You will support the development and execution of all in-store programs that deliver maximum impact to the customers and the shoppers. You will work in collaboration with Brand Marketing, Customer Development, Technical Packaging team, Supply/Demand, Finance, external agencies, and display partners.
A day in the life:
- Provide fact-based recommendations to support shopper and customer initiatives that drive portfolio growth.
- Be the project lead for the development of pre-loaded displays and work hand in hand with the Product Commercialization Team to launch new trade tools.
- Develop shopper marketing solutions derived from core strategies and goals of the respective Beverage brands. This includes shopper programs, Point of Sales tools, and other innovative solutions.
- Lead in building outstanding merchandising solutions via liaison with Retail Sales in association with display vendors. Ensure outstanding communication, management, and deployment of the point of sale tools and programs.
- Own the relevant point of sale inventory and processing via the Archway distribution centre.
- Develop and update a database/collection of Shopper marketing initiatives – influenced by retailers and current market trends.
- Develop and present various OMNI plans and reports.
- Encourage communication and links interdepartmentally as well as across divisions where applicable.
- Participate in the management of the divisional operational calendar and Coordinated Commercial Planning process (ICP) and presentation.
- Manage the Presence marketing budget and ensure monthly calendarization accuracy.
Role Requirements
- A university degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of marketing, sales, and/or supply chain experience required. Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent project management skills, including a strong ability to multitask and manage short timelines.

- Strong end-to-end thinking and cross-functional leadership.
- Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
