Position Summary

You will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of an 18-month plan and implementation related to Nestle Professional Solutions. This role entails leading all aspects of Product Fixed Marketing Expenses, monitoring brand performance, and evaluating brand share, including product and packaging for Nestle's Professional offerings. This position is an existing vacancy.

 

A day in the life

 

    • Provides fact based analytical support to identify business issues/opportunities. Monitors and analyses brand and competitor performance against established success metrics (market share, brand health, profitability)
    • Responsible for managing budgets related to Product Fixed Marketing Expenses in Brand Planner and tracks and monitors spending. Leads Pre-Post PFME Evaluations to assess the impact on the business and against key performance indicators; Shares findings with the team.
    • Supports development of customer communication plans and sales tools aligned with Brand Building the Nestle Way guidelines. Completes approved plans (packaging, product, consumer support) according to brand essence and vision within approved budgets and timelines
    • Uses consumer and marketplace data and trends to support definition of the target consumer and develop a deeper understanding of them.
    • Assists in general administration including setting meetings, internal event management and preparation of marketing presentations.
    • Manages all pricing operations for the department, collaborating with the pricing team to ensure efficient pricing management. Makes recommendations for bi-annual pricing review and keeps up to date on industry trends and competitor data.
    • Supports all activities to ensure accurate stock levels of every product code consistently for the business unit.
    • Supports distributor partners with complete communication for all SKUs (IE listing forms, communication letters) and works with pricing to ensure 100% execution on schedule c's for pricing

 

Role Requirements

 

    • 18 – 24 months of consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or Food Service marketing experience.
    • Demonstrated proficiencies in marketing and data analysis
    • Understanding of the 4 Ps and their application
    • Proven track record of leading and empowering others in a team environment
    • Strong capability in taking initiative and driving change
    • Resilient and able to manage changing priorities effectively

 

Preferred Skills

 

    • Previous field sales experience (12-18 months) considered an asset

Compensation Range: $71,700 – $85,000 CAD + Bonus eligibility
