Are you passionate about creating engaging and effective marketing communications that drive consumer loyalty and brand growth? Do you possess the strategic vision, leadership, creativity, and analytical skills  needed to elevate communications through exceptional platforms and experiences?

In this influential, senior role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality, consistent, and engaging marketing plans. Your primary focus will be to lead the creation of a seamless and integrated experience strategy for consumers, brought to life through key channels such as web, CRM, sampling, coupons, and promotions. In tandem, driving positive change in the way we operate to deliver best in class services for marketers and results for the organisation while also be essential. 

 

A day in the life:

  • Lead the definition and implementation of an integrated consumer experience and journey strategy aligned with brand objectives and consumer needs. 
  • Empower a team of 3 CX specialists to deliver excellence across activation channels, ensuring quality and consistency of content, design, and functionality. 
  • Manage the evolution of activation best practices, staying updated on industry trends and applying learnings to improve performance and efficiency. 
  • Track and capture data to unlock consistency across the digital ecosystem, measure and optimize activation outcomes and insights. 
  • Build strong partnerships internally and externally to harness best-in-class capabilities and practices.
  • Create opportunities for brand growth through loyalty and direct commerce, implementing loyalty programs and initiatives that enhance consumer retention and lifetime value.

 

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing activation, digital marketing, or consumer experience
  • Proven track record of leading and managing activation teams and projects
  • Strong knowledge of web, CRM, sampling, coupons, promotions, and experiential channels and best practices

 

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience with data tracking, capture, and analysis tools and platforms
  • Experience with loyalty and direct commerce programs and initiatives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders and partners
