What to Expect:
Join our team in North York as a Marketing Associate, supporting key Ice Cream brands and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Ice Cream. This role offers broad exposure across marketing, innovation, commercialization, and manufacturing, making it an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation for a career in consumer marketing.
A day in the life:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and digital marketing strategies that align with brand objectives, market trends, and enhance brand visibility and engagement

Support the analysis of consumer insights and market data to inform marketing strategies and initiatives on an ongoing basis and within the business planning cycle.

Gain exposure to multiple areas of marketing, including brand management, consumer insights, innovation, commercialization, and business planning.

Support innovation and renovation projects through the end-to-end commercialization journey, partnering with Marketing, R&D, Commercialization, and our local factory to bring ideas from concept to market launch.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Marketing, R&D, Commercialization, Operations, Sales, and Sales Strategy to execute marketing initiatives and drive business results.

Coordinate and support marketing events, including product launches and trade shows.

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and agency partners to ensure alignment with brand goals.

Build an understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle through collaboration with manufacturing teams and high exposure to factory operations
Role Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
-
Entry-level opportunity. Relevant internship, co-op, or up to 3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Sales Strategy, Project Management, Agency, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or related commercial functions is preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and communicate recommendations through clear storytelling.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Ability to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Experience using data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.

Compensation Range: CAD $58,000 – CAD $76,000 + bonus eligibility
