What to Expect:
We are looking for an eB2B Growth Manager based at our Head Office in North York reporting into the Senior Digital & eCommerce Manager.  This role is responsible for driving profitable sales within the eB2B channel through effective sales execution of Nestlé Health Science sales and marketing initiatives.  

 

A day in the life of an eB2B Growth Manager:
As an eB2B Growth Manager, you are accountable for achieving the sales business plan for the assigned categories by developing and implementing e-commerce specific strategies through our eB2B channel, managing PFME, and discount spend by customer, and achieving agreed business planning objectives.

 

You will also:

  • Support the development of the Business Plan for the eB2B channel and provide input/feedback. 
  • Analyze and address issues to achieve goals for e-commerce, spend, share, and budgets. 
  • Manage relationships and follow best practices. 
  • Monitor and manage activities on the eB2B platform.
  • Develop presentations and customize channel plans.
  • Manage discounts and liaise with the commercial team. Lead forecast accuracy and be an eCommerce ambassador. 
  • Align with stakeholders and propose operational changes.

 

Role Requirements:
As the successful candidate, you will be the champion for the channel throughout the organization so you will need to be passionate, tenacious, results focused and really enjoy working and thrive in a highly energetic and fast-paced environment. You will already have Highly developed organizational, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills coupled with your highly analytical approach.  You will have Financial acumen with strong analytical skills, a good understanding of profit & loss drivers and solid planning and forecasting knowledge.  Pro-activity, tenacity and enthusiasm are essential, as is your ability to understand and work within our competitive market. 

 

You will also have:

  • A university degree in a business-related discipline. 
  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in eCommerce, and experience within B2B will be considered a strong asset
  • Fluid capability with ecommerce technology/ portals and experience in managing large product portfolios
  • Computer literacy: Magento/Hybris, MS Office suite of applications, GA4

 

Preferred Skills

  • Demonstrated understanding of the online shopping funnel and relevant drivers. Knowledge of the eCommerce flywheel 
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding and ease of execution of Digital Media tactics to drive acquisition
  • Comfortable comprehension of Supply Chain & Fulfillment operations
  • Self-starter with the ability to think “out of the box” to secure incremental business opportunities
