We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager (WIN) to increase brand competitiveness of key brands, products and projects in line with the Company objectives in the OPL and business plan and our commitment to Breast Feeding and WHO Code. They are also responsible for representing the business - internally and externally - with regards to nutritional/ medical/ scientific aspect the business unit.
A day in the life of a Assistant Brand Manager (WIN)…
- Be an integral part of the core business team contributing to the development of the business strategy, and implementation of medical marketing actions.
- Develops and updates HCPs portrait, understands medical institution environment, contributes to category strategy Build an excellent network with Key Opinion leaders (KOL) in the market so that business unit can be recognised as being 'best in class' in the territory of healthcare nutrition.
- Contributes to the development of OBIs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and creates attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader.
- Responsible in managing PFME budget. Ensure effective and transparent use of PFME.
- Responsible to ensure optimum communication with MFF and MFE in order to develop an integrated approach to execute plans.
- Assess market research/survey results, monitor competitor movements, analyse market trends, propose relevant strategies and action plans.
- Ensure adherence to Nestle Quality, Code of Ethics, Legal, Regulatory & RIPA guidelines.
- Responsible to maintain brand equity to support the execution of brand objectives.
- Lead, adapt and implement Medical Affairs support in line with agreed business strategy targeting medical professionals, field team and consumers. Roles involve providing technical assistance on product related matters, identify suitable medical/scientific journals, conduct educational update, support & counter argument on competitiors product/ claims and initiate clinical case study to increase awareness.
- Plan, develop & timely roll-out of communication materials. Amongst key tasks: detail aid & scientific materials deemed essential to support selling point and/for used as series of campaign for HCPs. Work with agency till completion of medical materials; i.e. journal ad, advertorial, newsletter, scientific contest. Support brand team for growing up milk by providing scientifc outline, review & edit consumer materials including packaging artwork label, website, CRM, brand communications materials for above-the-line and POSM etc.
What will make you successful
- Bachelors of Master's Degree (preferred) in Dietitics: 3 - 5 years experience as Dietician in Clinical and/or Commercial environment.
- Able to relate scientific knowledge with good commercial sense and has a proven record of achievement, preferably with experience in clinical practice and managing health related products
- Has independently managed top health officials in developing and building long term relationships including consultants, specialists (Physicians, Dietitcians, Pharmacists, etc) to ancillary staff such as nurses and paramedics.
- Experience working on communications and marketing is added benefit
