We are looking for a Consumer Marketing Manager Responsible for the development and implementation of MAGGI corporate communication, covering ONE MAGGI brand communication, digital ecosystem/eBusiness strategy and consumer engagement programs to drive business growth and MAGGI brand equity. Ensures digital and eBusiness excellence in leveraging digital capabilities for competitive advantage.
A day in the life of an Consumer Marketing Manager…
- Develops and leads the ONE MAGGI Communication Campaign (Festives - Raya,CNY, Gawai and other relevant ONE MAGGi campaigns and activities) to bring MAGGI brand purpose of life.
- Assesses new consumer / shopper trends through real time data mining and interpretation of data, to inform decision-making for the business.
- Develops, updates and ensures implementation of local digital/eBusiness/CRM strategy in alignment with key local stakeholders. Leads digital marketing analytics strategy and oversees the tracking, performance measurement and benchmarking (internal and external) to ensure achievement of brand purpose.
- Responsible for developing Digital & Service Pillar marketing communication plan for the MAGGI brand aligned with brand/ category/ product strategy.
- To develop MAGGI MYSG sustainability agenda and lead the communication and initiatives that is in-line with Maggi brand purpose and business objectives.
- Accountable for creating engaging brand experience by bringing to life the brand’s Big Idea across agreed service pillar touchpoints – Corporate cooking events, Masak-masak studio, Digital activation, Recipe Development
- Responsible for proposing optimal PFME budgets for corporate initiatives based on agreed overall digital & service pillar plan during OPL/ ICP development. Provide monthly reporting and monitoring system for cost effectiveness and ensure all PFME investment is properly reviewed and evaluated.
- Support training and development of Sampling and Demonstration team in collaboration with Brand and MSU
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to all company principles and policies
What will make you successful
- Bachelors Degree in Business /Marketing/ Economics or equivalent, Solid marketing experience (5+ years), Strong Digital & Social Marketing expertise (2-3 years),
- Customer Service, Product Knowledge, internal processes.
- Experience in managing a portfolio of FMCG brands, products and projects
