We are looking for a Consumer Marketing Manager to delight target consumers, build winning brand portfolios and generate strong brand building results. You will drive consumer-centric marketing strategies, develop compelling brand experiences, lead innovation and renovation initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate sustainable business growth.

 

A Day in the Life of a Consumer Marketing Manager

  • Identify and understand target consumers through consumer insights, market attractiveness and ability to win.

  • Develop and strengthen Brand Essence in alignment with regional and global brand strategies.

  • Drive the delivery of tastier and healthier food and beverage experiences in line with Nestlé's 60/40+ strategy.

  • Collaborate with Commercial and Customer teams to understand shopper behaviour and develop engaging shopping experiences.

  • Develop brand portfolio strategies, pricing and promotional plans across key channels and customers.

  • Lead Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation and renovation initiatives from ideation through successful market launch.

  • Develop and execute integrated brand and ICP plans aligned with business objectives and the Market Business Strategy (MBS).

  • Manage brand performance, health and investment priorities, including PFME and TTS optimisation.

  • Lead the development of OBIs, Big Ideas and consumer engagement strategies to deliver impactful brand experiences.

  • Partner with creative, media and communication agencies to execute effective brand campaigns that strengthen Nestlé's Nutrition, Health and Wellness leadership.

  • Lead, coach and develop team members while fostering strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

 

What Will Make You Successful

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 6–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in another function, ideally Sales, within Nestlé or a leading FMCG organisation.

  • Proven experience leading people and managing cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in PetCare, Nutrition or a complex FMCG environment is preferred.

  • Experience leading at least one product launch from ideation through commercial launch.

  • Strong brand management, consumer marketing and innovation capabilities.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking and communication skills.
