We are looking for a Head of Content to lead a transformative journey in content management for Nestlé MYSG. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader to partner closely with Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) and the local content studio team, elevating creative quality while achieving cost efficiencies. Collaboration with brand teams, insights, media and consumer engagement teams are crucial to deliver exceptional, on-trend content that resonates deeply with our target audiences.
A day in the life of a Head of Content
- Content Strategy & Creative Quality:
- Develops and implements a forward-thinking content strategy that aligns with brands’ marketing objectives.
- Drives effective visual communication through digital channels, creating relevant and engaging brand experiences on digital while ensuring best-in-class product and packaging presentation in e-commerce and social activation
- Stays ahead of industry trends and consumer insights to inform and inspire content decisions
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Establishes strong partnerships with creatives, design agencies and suppliers to ensure Nestlé receives high quality service and impactful and appropriate design solutions, applying the global Nestrade Design Sourcing Strategy
- Fosters strong partnerships with IMS and the local content studio team to streamline processes and drive innovation.
- Engages and partners with brand teams, media teams, insights, and consumer engagement teams to ensure cohesive and impactful content delivery.
- Champions the consistent use of global Nestlé approaches and IT tools including Design to Delivery (D2D) process and the Digital Asset Management (DAM) in the Nestlé Content Hub to support our ability to increase speed to market and reusability of assets, transitioning design-related assets to be fit for purpose beyond packaging.
- Performance Analysis & Cost Effectiveness:
- Measures and analyzes content performance, using data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Leads efforts to drive cost efficiencies and maximize ROI through optimized content production processes and strategic budget management
What will make you successful
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; with 7-10 years of experience in content management, marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving content strategy and delivering high-quality creative content.
- Experience in leading and managing design leaders, design operations, cross-functional teams, agency relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills & proficiency in content management systems, analytics tools, and marketing software.
- Experience from both client and agency side will be an added advantage.
